Basic vs Pro?
  • Basic: 2 meme scripts for when you film it yourself: which meme, how to shoot it, shot order, props, day to post and hashtags. You shoot and edit.
  • Pro: nothing to film. 2 finished videos with the post caption, hashtags, day to post and deadline already decided. Just upload them as is. Pro does not include shooting scripts.
When does it arrive?
  • Your delivery day is set by your payment date.
  • Pay on the 1st to 15th → the 1st of every month, starting next month. Pay on the 16th to end of month → the 15th of every month, starting next month.
  • On that day you get the month’s 2 items by email: Basic sends meme scripts to film; Pro sends finished videos with caption, hashtags and the day to post.
  • If it falls on a weekend or holiday, by the next business day.
When do I pay? Refunds?
  • Registering your card charges one month up front, then one month at a time on the same day.
  • Ask before that month is delivered and you get a full refund for the month.
  • Once the month is delivered, that month is not refundable (digital content). Cancelling stops the next charge.
  • If we are 7+ days late on a delivery day, that month is refunded in full.
  • Cancel with a one line reply.
Can I ask for revisions?

No. We pick the content from our data and send it as we make it. No individual revisions, feedback rounds or corrections. That is why it costs this little. Quality is natural enough to post, not agency-level custom work.

How long is this price good for?

Until launch. Start now and you keep this price after it goes up, for as long as you stay subscribed.

Rights and originals?

You get watermark-free originals and all usage rights: ads, commercial use, editing and reuse, no time limit, even after you cancel. Because we use your account’s photos, videos and characters, you must hold the rights to that material.

What do you make it from?

By default, from everything on your Instagram account (photos, videos, characters, logos). If there is little to use or the account is private, we make it ourselves from your business type and your one-line intro. That one line is all we ask for. No extra requests.

Anything you won’t make?

No sexual, revealing, violent, hateful, gambling, political, illegal-product or exaggerated health content. We swap in something else instead.

Billing & refund policy

Product
Tremer Business monthly subscription: 2 digital items a month by email (Basic: 2 meme scripts to film yourself, with day to post and hashtags / Pro: 2 finished videos ready to post, with caption, hashtags, day to post and deadline).
Price
Basic ₩12,000 · Pro ₩35,000 (per month, VAT included)
Billing
Card auto-pay via Toss Payments (Korean-issued cards). The first month is charged when you register your card, then on the same day every month. In shorter months, on the last day.
Service period
1 month from each payment (at most 1 month per payment). Renews monthly until you cancel. Each paid month gets one delivery (2 items); we only provide the months you pay for.
Delivery
2 items on a fixed delivery day each month, by email. Pay on the 1st to 15th → delivered on the 1st; pay on the 16th to end → delivered on the 15th. First delivery is next month (next business day if it is a weekend or holiday).
How it works
Delivered as-is. We pick and make the content from our data. No individual revisions, feedback rounds or correction requests (that is the condition for the low price). Quality is natural enough to post on Instagram. You confirm this before paying.
Material & rights
By default we use everything on your account (photos, videos, characters, logos); if there is too little, we make it from your business type and one-line intro (you warrant the rights to your material). No extra requests. Deliverables are watermark-free originals with all usage rights, commercial use included.
Excluded
No sexual, revealing, violent, hateful, gambling, political, illegal-product or exaggerated health content.
Cancel
Email contact@tremer.xyz or reply to any of our emails. No further charges from the next billing date; the month you already paid for is still delivered on its delivery day.

Refunds

  1. Ask before that month is delivered: full refund for the month.
  2. After that month is delivered (including early delivery), it is not refundable (digital content supplied). Cancelling stops the next charge.
  3. If we are 7+ days late on a delivery day, that month is refunded in full.
  4. Payment errors and duplicate charges are cancelled in full as soon as we confirm them.
  5. Dissatisfaction with content, style, finish or choice of material is not a reason for revisions, remakes or refunds (delivered-as-is condition).
  6. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and may take 3 to 7 business days.
