이용약관

제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 Tremer(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모든 서비스(웹, iOS 및 Android 앱, 이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 회원 간의 권리·의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (용어의 정의)
1. "서비스"란 회사가 제공하는 실시간 밈 트렌드 플랫폼 및 부가 서비스를 말합니다. 회원은 지금 뜨는 밈의 순위를 보고, 밈을 주식처럼 보유하거나 앞으로 더 뜰지 예측하며, 아직 목록에 없는 밈을 발굴해 올릴 수 있습니다. 2. "회원"이란 본 약관에 동의하고 회사가 정한 절차에 따라 가입한 자를 말합니다. 3. "트렌드 점수(T)"란 각 밈이 얼마나 확산되고 있는지를 회사가 산정해 표시하는 지표로, 밈 순위 정렬의 기준이 됩니다. 4. "트렌드 달러(T$)"란 회원이 보유·예측에 사용하는 가상 재화로, 1 T$는 트렌드 점수 1과 동일한 값으로 계산됩니다. 현금가치가 없으며 환전·출금·회원 간 양도의 대상이 아니고, 외부 재화·용역의 결제수단으로 사용할 수 없습니다. 5. "보유"란 회원이 특정 밈을 개수 단위로 담아 그 밈의 트렌드 점수 변동에 따라 평가액이 변동하는 것을 말합니다. 6. "예측"이란 특정 밈의 트렌드 점수가 앞으로 상승할지("더 뜬다", 이른바 떡상) 하락할지("그만 뜬다", 이른바 떡락)를 회원이 트렌드 달러를 걸어 표명하는 행위를 말합니다. 회원은 확신 배율을 1배에서 5배까지 선택할 수 있고, 예측은 정시 마감 없이 해당 밈의 트렌드가 종료될 때까지 유지되며 회원이 직접 종료할 수 있습니다. 7. "발굴"이란 아직 서비스에 등록되지 않은 밈의 영상 링크를 회원이 제보하는 행위를 말합니다. 8. 본 서비스는 투자·금융상품이 아니며, 어떠한 수익도 보장하지 않습니다.
제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
1. 본 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 회원에게 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 2. 회사는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일자 7일 전부터 공지합니다. 회원에게 불리한 변경의 경우 30일 전부터 공지하고 별도 동의를 받습니다. 3. 회원이 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 회원 탈퇴가 가능합니다.
제4조 (회원가입)
1. 이용 신청자가 본 약관 및 개인정보처리방침에 동의한 후 회사가 정한 절차에 따라 가입을 신청하면 회사가 이를 승낙함으로써 회원가입이 완료됩니다. 2. 회사는 다음 각 호의 사유가 있는 경우 가입 신청을 거절하거나 사후에 이용 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다. • 만 14세 미만이거나 법정대리인의 동의를 얻지 않은 경우 • 타인의 정보를 도용하여 신청한 경우 • 허위 정보를 기재하거나 회사가 정한 신청 양식에 따르지 않은 경우 • 부정한 목적으로 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 경우
제5조 (서비스의 제공)
1. 회사는 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다. • 트렌드 밈 예측 (UP/DOWN) • 실시간 트렌드 점수 및 랭킹 표시 • 일일/시즌 리그 운영 • 트렌드 달러 지급, 보상 및 정산 • 댓글, 즐겨찾기, 알림 등 부가 기능 2. 회사는 운영상 또는 기술상 필요한 경우 제공하고 있는 서비스를 변경할 수 있으며, 그 내용을 사전에 공지합니다.
제6조 (서비스의 중단)
1. 회사는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 서비스 제공을 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다. • 시스템 점검, 보수, 교체, 정기점검 등이 필요한 경우 • 정전, 시스템 장애 또는 통신두절 등 불가항력적 사유가 발생한 경우 • 서비스 제공 업체의 사정으로 서비스 제공이 불가한 경우 2. 사전 공지가 가능한 경우 7일 전에 공지하며, 사전 공지가 불가능한 경우 사후에 즉시 공지합니다.
제7조 (회원의 의무)
회원은 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다. 1. 신청 또는 변경 시 허위 내용을 등록하는 행위 2. 타인의 정보를 도용하는 행위 3. 회사가 게시한 정보를 변경하는 행위 4. 회사가 금지한 정보(컴퓨터 프로그램 등)를 송신 또는 게시하는 행위 5. 회사 또는 제3자의 저작권 등 지적재산권을 침해하는 행위 6. 회사 또는 제3자의 명예를 훼손하거나 업무를 방해하는 행위 7. 외설 또는 폭력적인 메시지·콘텐츠를 게시하는 행위 8. 자동화된 수단(매크로, 봇 등)을 사용하여 서비스를 이용하는 행위 9. 트렌드 달러를 부정한 방법으로 획득하거나 양도, 거래하는 행위
제8조 (회원 탈퇴 및 자격 상실)
1. 회원은 언제든지 앱 내 설정 화면을 통해 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 즉시 탈퇴 처리합니다. 2. 회사는 회원이 본 약관 제7조의 의무를 위반한 경우 사전 통지 없이 이용 자격을 정지하거나 영구적으로 박탈할 수 있습니다. 3. 탈퇴 또는 자격 상실 시 보유한 트렌드 달러 잔액, 보유 밈 및 누적 점수는 소멸하며, 환불되지 않습니다.
제9조 (트렌드 달러 및 정산)
1. 트렌드 달러(T$)는 회사가 발급하는 가상 재화로, 회원의 밈 보유 및 밈 예측 활동에 사용됩니다. 2. 트렌드 달러는 현금가치가 없으며, 회원 간 양도·거래·환불의 대상이 되지 않습니다. 3. 예측 결과는 매시 정시에 자동 정산되며, 회원이 임의 시점에 "지금 종료" 기능을 통해 수동 정산할 수도 있습니다. 4. 회사는 부정 행위 또는 시스템 오류에 의해 부정확하게 지급된 트렌드 달러에 대해 사후 회수할 수 있습니다.
제10조 (콘텐츠의 권리)
1. 회원이 서비스 내에서 작성한 댓글, 피드백 등의 저작권은 해당 회원에게 귀속됩니다. 2. 회원은 회사에게 해당 콘텐츠를 서비스 운영, 홍보 및 개선 목적으로 비독점적, 무상으로 사용할 수 있는 권리를 부여합니다. 3. 회사가 직접 제작한 콘텐츠 및 서비스 자체에 대한 저작권은 회사에 귀속됩니다.
제10조의2 (트렌드 달러 T$)
1. 트렌드 달러(T$)는 회사가 서비스 내에서만 발급·사용되도록 제공하는 가상의 게임 재화로서, 현금가치가 없습니다. 2. T$는 환전·출금의 대상이 아니며, 회원 간 양도·증여·거래가 불가능합니다. 회사는 T$를 현금 또는 외부 재화·용역으로 교환하는 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. 3. 서비스 내의 밈 보유·매도, 트렌드 점수, 예측(더 뜬다/그만 뜬다)은 오락 목적의 가상 시뮬레이션이며 금융투자상품이 아니고, 도박·사행행위가 아닙니다. 어떠한 수익도 보장되지 않으며 실제 금전적 손익이 발생하지 않습니다. 4. 이벤트·참여 보상 등으로 무상 지급된 T$는 환불 대상에서 제외됩니다. 5. 회사는 부정 행위, 어뷰징, 시스템 오류로 부정확하게 지급된 T$를 사후 회수하거나 관련 기록을 조정할 수 있습니다. 6. 회사는 서비스 종료 시 사전 공지하며, 잔여 T$는 현금가치가 없으므로 별도의 보상 대상이 되지 않습니다.
제10조의3 (제3자 콘텐츠 및 권리침해 신고)
1. 서비스에 표시되는 밈 영상 등 제3자 콘텐츠는 각 원 게시자 및 권리자에게 권리가 귀속되며, 회사는 원 플랫폼이 제공하는 재생 수단을 통해 이를 소개하고 출처를 표시합니다. 2. 회원은 본인이 권리를 보유하거나 공개적으로 게시되어 소개가 허용되는 콘텐츠만 제보해야 하며, 타인의 권리를 침해하는 제보를 하여서는 안 됩니다. 3. 자신의 권리가 침해되었다고 판단하는 권리자는 아래 연락처로 대상 URL, 권리 소명 자료, 연락처를 기재하여 게시중단을 요청할 수 있습니다. 회사는 요청을 접수하면 지체 없이 해당 콘텐츠의 노출을 중단하고 결과를 통지합니다. • 권리침해 신고: contact@tremer.xyz 4. 게시중단된 콘텐츠의 제보자는 정당한 권원을 소명하여 재게시를 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 반복적으로 타인의 권리를 침해한 회원의 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
제10조의4 (트렌드 데이터의 이용)
1. 회사는 서비스 운영을 통해 산출된 집계·통계 데이터(밈별 트렌드 점수 추이, 참여 분포 등)를 서비스 개선 및 트렌드 분석·리포트 제공 목적으로 이용할 수 있습니다. 2. 이때 이용되는 데이터는 개인을 식별할 수 없도록 집계·가명 처리되며, 개인정보의 처리에 관한 사항은 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다. 3. 회사가 제공하는 리포트는 정보 제공을 목적으로 하며, 특정한 결과나 성과를 보장하지 않습니다.
제11조 (면책)
1. 회사는 천재지변, 전쟁, 정전, 통신두절 등 불가항력으로 인하여 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 책임이 면제됩니다. 2. 회사는 회원의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다. 3. 회사는 회원이 게시한 정보, 자료, 사실의 신뢰성, 정확성 등 내용에 관해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 4. 회사가 제공하는 트렌드 점수 및 예측은 오락 및 정보 제공을 목적으로 하며, 어떠한 형태의 투자 권유나 재정 자문에 해당하지 않습니다.
제12조 (분쟁 해결 및 관할 법원)
1. 본 약관에 관한 분쟁은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해결합니다. 2. 회사와 회원 간 발생한 분쟁에 관한 소송은 민사소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

Terms of Service
Effective: May 1, 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms govern your use of every Tremer service — the web app at tremer.xyz, the iOS app, and the Android app — and the rights, duties, and responsibilities between Tremer and you.
2. Definitions
1. "Service" means the live meme trend platform and any related features Tremer provides. Members can view a ranking of memes that are trending right now, hold memes much like stocks, predict whether a meme will keep rising, and discover memes that are not listed yet. 2. "Member" means a user who has agreed to these Terms and signed up through our standard process. 3. "Trend Score (T)" means the figure Tremer calculates and displays for how widely a meme is spreading. The meme ranking is sorted by it. 4. "Trend Dollars (T$)" means the virtual currency Members use to hold and predict; 1 T$ is valued the same as 1 Trend Score point. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged, withdrawn or transferred between Members, and cannot be used to pay for goods or services outside the Service. 5. "Holding" means a Member buying a meme in units, whose value then moves with that meme's Trend Score. 6. "Prediction" means a Member staking Trend Dollars on whether a meme's Trend Score will rise ("going up") or fall ("cooling off"). Members may choose a confidence multiplier from x1 to x5. A prediction has no hourly settlement deadline: it stays open until that meme's trend ends, and the Member may close it at any time. 7. "Discovery" means a Member submitting a video link for a meme not yet listed in the Service. 8. The Service is not an investment or financial product and guarantees no returns.
3. Effect and changes to these Terms
These Terms take effect when posted in the service or otherwise communicated to Members. We may amend them within the limits of applicable law and will announce changes at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days in advance for changes that disadvantage Members, with separate consent). If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account.
4. Account creation
Membership is concluded when you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Tremer accepts your application. We may refuse or terminate accounts where you are under 14 without parental consent, you have used another person's information, you have provided false information, or you intend to use the service for improper purposes.
5. The Service
We provide: • Trend meme predictions (UP / DOWN) • Real-time trend scores and rankings • Daily and seasonal leagues • Trend Dollar grants, rewards, and settlement • Comments, favorites, notifications, and other features We may modify the Service for operational or technical reasons, with prior notice.
6. Suspension
We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, force majeure events (power outage, network failure), or constraints imposed by our processors. Where possible we will give 7 days' notice; otherwise we will notify Members as soon as feasible after the fact.
7. Member obligations
You may not: 1. Submit false information at sign-up or update 2. Impersonate another person 3. Alter information posted by Tremer 4. Transmit prohibited information (e.g. malware) 5. Infringe Tremer's or any third party's IP rights 6. Defame Tremer or any third party, or interfere with our business 7. Post obscene or violent material 8. Use automated means (macros, bots) against the Service 9. Acquire, transfer, or trade Trend Dollars through illegitimate means
8. Account closure and termination
You may close your account at any time via the in-app Settings menu, with immediate effect. We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate Section 7 without prior notice. Trend Dollar balance, meme holdings and accumulated score are forfeit on closure or termination and are not refundable.
9. Trend Dollars and settlement
Trend Dollars (T$) are the virtual currency Tremer issues for holding memes and placing meme predictions. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, traded, or refunded between Members. A prediction has no hourly settlement deadline — it stays open until that meme’s trend ends, and you may close it at any time via the in-app End Prediction button. We may claw back Trend Dollars awarded by mistake or via fraud.
10. Content rights
You retain copyright in comments and other content you create in the Service. You grant Tremer a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for operating, promoting, and improving the Service. Copyright in Tremer-authored content and the Service itself remains with Tremer.
10-2. Trend Dollars (T$)
T$ is virtual in-service game currency with no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn, and cannot be transferred, gifted, or traded between members — Tremer provides no such function. Holding and selling memes, trend scores, and predictions (Up / Cooling off) are an entertainment simulation. They are not financial products and not gambling. No returns are promised and no real monetary gain or loss occurs. T$ granted for free (events, participation rewards) is excluded from refunds. Tremer may claw back T$ issued in error or through abuse. If the Service closes, remaining T$ has no cash value and is not separately compensated.
10-3. Third-party content and infringement notices
Meme videos and other third-party content shown in the Service remain the property of their original posters and rights holders; Tremer surfaces them through the playback means provided by the source platform and credits the source. Members must only submit content they own or that is publicly posted and permitted to be surfaced, and must not submit content that infringes others' rights. Rights holders may request removal by sending the URL, proof of rights, and contact details to contact@tremer.xyz. On receipt, Tremer will promptly stop displaying the content and notify the outcome. Submitters may request reinstatement with proof of authority, and Tremer may restrict members who repeatedly infringe.
10-4. Use of trend data
Tremer may use aggregated and statistical data produced by operating the Service (per-meme trend score movements, participation distributions) to improve the Service and to provide trend analysis and reports. Such data is aggregated or pseudonymised so individuals cannot be identified; personal data handling follows the Privacy Policy. Reports are informational and guarantee no particular outcome.
11. Disclaimer
Tremer is not liable for outages caused by force majeure, service interruptions arising from Member error, or the reliability and accuracy of Member-posted information. Trend scores and predictions are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice or any form of financial recommendation.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
