Big Guy — rising now?

Trend score0 T

What it is

A dance/sound meme set to Ice Spice song "Big Guy" (from The SpongeBob Movie, Nov 2025; chant "SpongeBob, big guy, pants OK"). A person flexes to the track; a popular two-person version has someone hide behind and extend arms to fake huge biceps. On-topic = this Big Guy dance/song/edit (often #spongebob #icespice). Off-topic = literal "big guy" (Spider-Man, ads, gym, other artists like BOYNEXTDOOR/BIG BOY).

Korean: big guy
